Regional Paediatric Orientation Program (RPO)
The primary purpose of this program is to help nurses understand how to perform a paediatric assessment and to critically think through the findings. The regional program is not only useful as a tool for new staff during the orientation process, but valuable for experienced staff wishing to brush up on their existing paediatric knowledge. Participants have 45-days to complete the program.
